About the role
- - Manage and nurture a portfolio of B2B client accounts
- - Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams
- - Conduct regular check-ins, performance reviews, and strategy calls
- - Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to grow account revenue
- - Ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing client success
- - Monitor account health metrics and proactively address risks
- - Prepare reports, presentations, and performance summaries
- - Support contract renewals and commercial negotiations
- - Maintain accurate account data within CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
Requirements
- - 2+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or B2B Sales
- - Proven track record of client retention and revenue growth
- - Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- - Experience managing multiple accounts simultaneously
- - Comfortable handling client calls and presentations
- - CRM proficiency (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms)
- - Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
- - Excellent written and spoken English
- - Experience working with UK or US clients preferred
