About the role

  • - Manage and nurture a portfolio of B2B client accounts
  • - Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams
  • - Conduct regular check-ins, performance reviews, and strategy calls
  • - Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to grow account revenue
  • - Ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing client success
  • - Monitor account health metrics and proactively address risks

Requirements

  • - 2+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or B2B Sales
  • - Proven track record of client retention and revenue growth
  • - Strong relationship-building and communication skills
  • - Experience managing multiple accounts simultaneously
  • - Comfortable handling client calls and presentations
  • - CRM proficiency (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms)
  • - Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
  • - Excellent written and spoken English
  • - Experience working with UK or US clients preferred
