About the role

  • Conduct outbound prospecting via cold calls, cold emails, LinkedIn, and other social channels
  • Identify and qualify decision-makers within target marketing and advertising companies
  • Generate and nurture high-quality leads for the sales pipeline
  • Book discovery calls and product demos for Account Executives
  • Maintain accurate records of activities and opportunities in CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
  • Research market trends and competitors within the digital marketing space
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine outreach messaging
  • Meet and exceed weekly and monthly KPIs for outreach and meetings booked

Requirements

  • 1+ year of experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or appointment setting (BDR/SDR experience preferred)
  • Strong understanding of the marketing industry (digital marketing, SEO, paid media, social media, or branding services is a plus)
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Pipedrive
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Confidence in cold calling and objection handling
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a remote environment
  • Reliable internet connection and home office setup
