About the role
- Conduct outbound prospecting via cold calls, cold emails, LinkedIn, and other social channels
- Identify and qualify decision-makers within target marketing and advertising companies
- Generate and nurture high-quality leads for the sales pipeline
- Book discovery calls and product demos for Account Executives
- Maintain accurate records of activities and opportunities in CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
- Research market trends and competitors within the digital marketing space
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine outreach messaging
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly KPIs for outreach and meetings booked
Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or appointment setting (BDR/SDR experience preferred)
- Strong understanding of the marketing industry (digital marketing, SEO, paid media, social media, or branding services is a plus)
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Pipedrive
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Confidence in cold calling and objection handling
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a remote environment
- Reliable internet connection and home office setup
