About the role
- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with brand and business goals
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, X (Twitter), and TikTok
- Write compelling captions and short-form copy optimised for engagement and conversions
- Monitor comments, messages, and mentions, ensuring timely and professional responses
- Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, clicks, conversions) and prepare regular reports
- Stay up to date with social media trends, algorithm changes, and best practices
- Collaborate with designers, video editors, and marketers to deliver cohesive campaigns
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role
- Proven experience managing multiple social media platforms for brands or businesses
- Strong understanding of content strategy, analytics, and audience growth
- Experience with social media scheduling and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout, Meta Business Suite)
- Excellent written English and strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment
