About the role
- Lead the global roll-out of the AON agreement and manage annual renewal cycles
- Conduct benchmarking and provide data-driven recommendations
- Drive advanced reward analytics including KPI frameworks, cost modelling, and STI/LTI scenario simulations
- Prepare reward insights and decision material for Group Management and the People Committee
Requirements
- Extensive experience within global Total Rewards
- Strong technical depth in benefits, pensions, and incentive structures (STI/LTI)
- Solid experience in financial modelling and reward analytics
- Experience supporting executive remuneration and governance processes
- Strong project management capability in complex, multi-country environments
