About the role
- Contribute to spatial concept development—from big ideas to the refined aesthetic details that define a project’s character.
- Develop mood boards, visual narratives, and inspiration frameworks that guide the creative direction of spaces.
- Shape the experiential arc of a space—how people enter, move through, pause, and feel in an environment. Journeys, mapping, narratives.
- Collaborate with designers, technologists and fabricators to translate conceptual vision into realized work.
- Contribute to pitch development with strong visual storytelling and spatial thinking.
- Articulate design ideas clearly and compellingly in both visual and verbal form.
- Seek and embrace feedback. Iterate with intention. Evolve the idea without losing the soul of it.
Requirements
- 2–4+ years of design experience in architecture, experience design, spatial design, or a related creative field.
- Bachelor’s degree in architecture, fine arts, interior design, or equivalent work experience—formal architectural training is appreciated but not required.
- A portfolio that demonstrates conceptual range, aesthetic sophistication, and comfort working across scales.
- Strong skills in visual communication: sketching, mood-making, spatial storytelling.
- Proficiency in tools such as Rhino, Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, or similar. 3D rendering, AI rendering.
- Genuine curiosity for art, culture, technology, and sensorial experience.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills—you are as comfortable in a concept conversation as you are presenting work to a client.
