About the role

  • Develop smart, data-driven SEO strategies focused on sustainable growth — not fluff
  • Research search intents, content opportunities & technical showstoppers
  • Build dashboards, visualize data, and derive insights — e.g., in Looker Studio
  • Use AI-assisted tools (not just ChatGPT) effectively — from prompt engineering to prioritization
  • Form hypotheses, run tests, and optimize — you are your own data scientist
  • Think critically; don’t take tool outputs at face value
  • Present complex topics in a way colleagues and clients enjoy and understand
  • Actively help shape our SEO & AI setups

Requirements

  • Solid hands-on experience in SEO with a clear technical focus
  • Confident with tools like Sistrix, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog & co.
  • Able to spot more than just “404 errors” in a crawl
  • Understand why structured data is invaluable for SGE & chatbots
  • Able to combine prompt logic with classic keyword research
  • Proactively bring AI tests and ideas into client projects
  • Work in a structured, analytical, and precise way
  • Aim to improve processes rather than just maintain them
  • Facilitate workshops and explain complex topics clearly
  • Always keep commercial viability and ROI in mind
