Administration

• supports the day to day operations, configuration, maintenance, testing, and user support of the Agiloft Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platform
• focuses on executing defined tasks, supporting Legal users, and maintaining high data quality, under the guidance of product owners and senior team members
• Execute assigned configuration updates related to contract templates and clause libraries
• Support periodic template updates and re-approval activities, including documentation and validation
• Assist with configuration and monitoring of AI Screen metadata and outputs, once implemented
• Follow established standards and change processes for all system updates
• Perform data cleanup, validation, and mass update activities for contracts and metadata
• Support maintenance of contract family relationships (parent/child contracts)
• Monitor defined exception reports (e.g., contracts not progressing to expected stages) and escalate findings
• Assist with responding to contract data requests, in line with access and governance guidelines
