About the role
- Lead and direct teams in complex performance improvement engagements, managing budgets, invoicing, and billing while ensuring successful client outcomes
- Apply analytical and critical thinking skills to quantify benefits, identify risks, and develop solutions for performance improvement initiatives
- Communicate effectively to understand client challenges, create customized solutions, and manage client expectations, delivering impactful presentations and proposals
- Build strong relationships and lead change processes, demonstrating expertise in change management and influencing positive change in complex environments
- Lead and develop teams, including role definition, team building, coaching, mentoring, and performance management, while identifying business development opportunities
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 8 + years of consulting and/or performance improvement healthcare experience in clinical enterprise with a focus on periop
- Healthcare operations leadership experience overseeing perioperative services, including process re‑engineering, performance improvement, financial and operational optimization, quality and safety initiatives, and enterprise‑level change management
- Demonstrated project leadership within a consulting environment, including managing complex design and implementation efforts specific to perioperative services and leading multi‑disciplinary teams through all engagement phases
- The ability to travel based on client, enterprise, or project needs is an essential function of this role
- Direct Supervisory experiences of both individuals and teams
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- US Work Authorization required
