Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 6+ years of project leadership experience overseeing complex workplans and leading design and implementation initiatives focused on performance improvement in medical group, ambulatory, post‑acute, or physician enterprise settings, ideally within a consulting environment.
  • Experience administering, building, and modeling provider compensation plans across diverse practice and service line structures.
  • Hands‑on experience developing compensation models for contracted, hourly, and productivity‑based arrangements within a healthcare system.
  • Proven ability to design, evaluate, and optimize provider compensation frameworks, including wRVU, quality incentives, call pay, and hybrid models.
  • Strong analytical skills to model compensation scenarios, forecast financial impact, and support leadership decision‑making.
  • The ability to travel based on client, enterprise, or project needs is an essential function of this role.
