- Develop departmental policies, procedures, and protocols for patient access compliance
- Provide operational and strategic leadership for patient access functions
- Manage budget to ensure profitability with patient access departments
- Plan and develop systematic approaches to maximize collections and accuracy

- Supervise, train, and develop subordinate staff
Requirements
- Current U.S. work authorization required
- Bachelor's degree required
- Proficient in Microsoft office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Direct Supervisory Experience required
- Patient Access experience required, 2-3 years in a leadership capacity required
- 6-8+ years of healthcare operations experience
