Work closely with business process consultants, and team members to understand business requirements and create technical solutions aligned with business and IT strategies.
Help clients to achieve organizational effectiveness, improve student outcomes, implement new technologies, and align resources and investments to ensure long-term sustainability.
Comfortable working in a dynamic, agile environment and solving complex problems.
Experience collaborating closely with QA teams for testing and issue remediation.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within global teams across multiple geographies and time zones.

Requirements

Bachelor ’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science (CS), Information Technology (IT), or other relevant field of study
3+ years in a ServiceNow technical delivery capacity; preferably with an Elite-level ServiceNow partner (not in an internal role)
3+ greenfield implementations of multiple ServiceNow modules including NowAssist and AI Agents
Current ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) REQUIRED
Current ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) REQUIRED
At least one Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certification REQUIRED; with the ability to get a second CIS certification within the first six months of employment
Working knowledge of predictive analytics, generative AI, and Agentic AI
Knowledge of virtual agent
Knowledge / Certification / experience with Performance Analytics
Progressive growth through experience as a developer
JavaScript, node.js, Angular, and DOM knowledge / experience
Knowledge / experience with NowCreate / ServiceNow Best Practices
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with strong interpersonal and collaboration abilities.
