- Lead global teams delivering RCM Huron Managed Services (HMS) for clients
- Engage with client leaders to achieve KPI expectations and facilitate process change management
- Collaborate with internal leaders to relay customer feedback and drive impactful changes
- Focus on customer relationship management and satisfaction
- Develop strategic visions and operational tactics aimed at enhancing revenue cycle performance
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Master’s degree preferred
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in revenue cycle management
- Proven leadership experience
- Strong understanding of Revenue Cycle Operations within a hospital and physician setting
- Exceptional negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools
- Current permanent U.S. Work Authorization required
