About the role
- Manage distribution partners to secure effective market coverage and service across the Nordics, Turkey, and part of the DACH region (Ski AT market)
- Maintain and expand existing accounts, fostering customer satisfaction, loyalty, and long-term partnerships
- Develop new business opportunities in the adhesives market by identifying, approaching, and qualifying potential customers
- Lead the complete sales cycle, from initial engagement through to successful deal closure
- Collaborate closely with technical teams to understand customer requirements and translate them into tailored solutions
- Deliver accurate sales forecasts and market insights to support management in planning and strategy
- Gather and share market intelligence on customers, competitors, and trends to refine business strategies
- Drive cross-functional coordination to ensure seamless execution across all supporting departments
- Uphold strict compliance with EHS guidelines in every aspect of the role
Requirements
- University degree; degree in chemistry or chemical engineering would be a plus
- Proven sales experience in managing distribution networks and developing new business
- Ability to understand and discuss chemical/mechanical properties with customers, translating needs into tailored adhesive solutions
- Capacity to set priorities, analyse market intelligence, and adapt strategies to opportunities and threats
- Skills in key account management, fostering customer satisfaction, loyalty, and long-term partnerships
- Strong technical and commercial negotiation ability
- Open-minded approach, great communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously, and agile while handling fast-paced requests and complex administrative tasks
- Full fluency in German and English.
