About the role

  • Manage distribution partners to secure effective market coverage and service across the Nordics, Turkey, and part of the DACH region (Ski AT market)
  • Maintain and expand existing accounts, fostering customer satisfaction, loyalty, and long-term partnerships
  • Develop new business opportunities in the adhesives market by identifying, approaching, and qualifying potential customers
  • Lead the complete sales cycle, from initial engagement through to successful deal closure
  • Collaborate closely with technical teams to understand customer requirements and translate them into tailored solutions
  • Deliver accurate sales forecasts and market insights to support management in planning and strategy
  • Gather and share market intelligence on customers, competitors, and trends to refine business strategies
  • Drive cross-functional coordination to ensure seamless execution across all supporting departments
  • Uphold strict compliance with EHS guidelines in every aspect of the role

Requirements

  • University degree; degree in chemistry or chemical engineering would be a plus
  • Proven sales experience in managing distribution networks and developing new business
  • Ability to understand and discuss chemical/mechanical properties with customers, translating needs into tailored adhesive solutions
  • Capacity to set priorities, analyse market intelligence, and adapt strategies to opportunities and threats
  • Skills in key account management, fostering customer satisfaction, loyalty, and long-term partnerships
  • Strong technical and commercial negotiation ability
  • Open-minded approach, great communication skills
  • Ability to work autonomously, and agile while handling fast-paced requests and complex administrative tasks
  • Full fluency in German and English.
