Financial Planning and Analysis

• Support PU global forecasting and budgeting process for Income Statement and Cash Flow
• Work with regional finance teams and global reporting team to perform planning and analysis on the income statement and cash flow results/targets from a business delivery perspective
• Coordinate with all regions and functions to ensure timely submission of analysis and reporting information required
• Provide insightful and creative analysis and presentation material on the performance of Global Polyurethanes division for PU management team on regular basis including profitability, costing, operation, capex, cash flow and other KPI etc
• Leverage multiple reporting systems and databases (Excel, Power BI, IBM PA etc) to deliver timely, accurate and insightful reporting and analysis
• Support Huntsman earnings call by providing key analysis and presentation materials on ad hoc and inter-quarter inquiries

• Providing technical support for process safety studies, including PHA, LOPA, and SIL assessments

• Be responsible for driving wall foam sales to contractors and distributors in the assigned territories to achieve annual sales targets
• Develop annual business plans to detail the activities needed to exceed quota
