Account Manager

• Be responsible for driving wall foam sales to contractors and distributors in the assigned territories to achieve annual sales targets
• Develop annual business plans to detail the activities needed to exceed quota
• Meet regularly with clients to deliver HBS value proposition and gain specifications
• Participate in industry or promotional events
• Complete understanding of pricing and proposal models
• Conduct intelligent business conversations and be persuasive with business owners and decision makers at the contractor, distributor, and specifier level
• Develop clear business proposals, negotiate, and execute business deals
• Provide regular competitive intelligence updates including in-kind and out-of-kind competitive pricing and marketing strategies
• Maintain administrative needs including timely email replies, expense submission, pricing requests, and performance management
• Report to the Regional Sales Director and support the Polyurethanes Division

• Compliance with company's policy, rules and regulations (Environment, Health, Safety)
• Achieve targets on Revenue, Profits, account receivables, DSO, and accurate sales forecast
• Accountable for business in Coatings, Electronics, General Industries and Aerospace and support new industries development
• Facilitate smooth business operations in assigned countries (Singapore or Malaysia)
• Collaborate with customers and channel partners to build C4C pipeline and realise new business via new accounts, segments, applications, products and geographic expansion
• Co-drive new product launches and new application development
• Support and formulate business plans to execute division and corporate strategic measures
• Build, develop and maintain strong customer relationships
• Set goals for distributors, manage distributor performance and build distributorship network
• Own customers' and channel technical enquiries and escalate when applicable
• Generate and deliver business and project reports and customer meeting minutes
• Engage with Operations, Marketing, Finance, supply chain and R&D to complete business and operations tasks
