About the role

  • Work closely with the Group Product Manager to manage, monitor, and enhance Enterprise Payments products and services
  • Reviews and modifies existing products to maximize profitability and meet customer needs
  • Oversees tasks associated with new product development and works with business units to introduce and sell the product on an ongoing basis
  • Develop and oversee the production of marketing materials, advertisements, direct mail, and/or other communications
  • Evaluates products and recommends changes in the product or marketing strategy
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 5+ years of related experience
  • 3+ years experience with ACH, Wire Transfer, RTP, and payments solutions
  • 3+ years experience with data analysis
  • 3+ years experience with product life cycle
  • 3+ years experience working with sales, operations, risk, and implementation teams
  • ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical partners
