About the role
- Serve as a liaison and knowledge source with stakeholders, Product Owner and team members
- Work with product team in an Agile environment to understand Feature vision, breakdown of stories and prioritize user stories
- Facilitate backlog refinement sessions to refine user story details, acceptance criteria, and establish story points
- Document source to target data mappings as required
- Participate in risk identification, quantification, and mitigation
- Work with cross-impacted team BSAs to identify and escalate impediments
- Ensure a healthy volume of user stories in backlog
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum 5+ years of experience as Business Systems Analyst
- Minimum 5+ years of experience creating and advising on process flow diagrams, data models, test plans, technical design documents, and business process documentation
- Experience working with technical teams
- Highly motivated with strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks and handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Critical thinking skills
- Experience working with geographically dispersed teams
- Ability to work independently and organize tasks effectively
- Ability to learn new systems, concepts, and procedures
