About the role

  • Guide the deal team through the Commercial regulatory review process
  • Perform other regulatory duties such as enhanced due diligence research and performing quality control reviews (QC)
  • Specializes in the completion of customer onboarding/refresh in compliance with regulatory guidelines
  • Works collaboratively with the sales and service teams through a solution-oriented approach
  • Proactively manages workflow and extra duties assigned through independent time management
  • Actively seeks opportunities to contribute to the success of the team
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
  • 3+ Years in Commercial Banking
  • Diligent focus on risk, details, and accuracy
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work independently
  • Strong critical thinking, decision-making, and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with professionalism and courtesy
  • Excellence in customer service, highly motivated, and goal oriented
  • Exceptional listening, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Skilled with MS Office applications; experience with third-party due diligence
