About the role
- Facilitate and support various aspects of the strategic planning process across the organization.
- Develop enterprise strategy and ensure timely completion of strategic planning processes.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to develop and update enterprise strategy.
- Manage competitive insights and support the development of business OKRs.
- Analyze market trends and competitive intelligence.
- Build strong working relationships with stakeholders.
- Prepare and present strategic planning reports to senior management.
- Support interactions with various Regulators.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Finance
- Minimum 5 years of experience in strategic planning, strategy consulting, or related roles within the financial services industry.
- Strong project management skills
- Proven experience managing complex strategic planning processes
- Strong understanding of risk management frameworks
- Strong analytical skills
- Proficient in financial modeling and analysis
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
