About the role

  • Lead the process to craft and update strategy at Enterprise level in partnership with the business and support unit leaders
  • Facilitate and lead the enterprise strategic planning process, ensuring that all business segments and functional areas complete their strategic plans on schedule
  • Collaborate with Risk teams to ensure the strategic planning process includes credible challenge and adheres to regulatory requirements
  • Analyze market trends and competitive intelligence to inform strategic planning and decision-making processes
  • Support the formulation of business goals, objectives, and key results (OKRs) to evaluate progress and drive accountability across the organization
  • Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization to promote transparency and alignment throughout the strategic planning process
  • Prepare and present strategic planning reports to senior management, highlighting key insights, progress, and areas of improvement
  • Support interactions with various Regulators on continuous monitoring, exam execution, and timely feedback follow up.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in strategic planning, strategy consulting, or related roles within the financial services industry
  • Strong project management skills with proven experience managing complex strategic planning processes with a strong understanding of risk management frameworks
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data and market insights into actionable strategies
  • Demonstrated ability to work with ambiguity and apply critical thinking skills to complex problems
  • Proficient in financial modeling and analysis, with a solid understanding of financial metrics and business performance indicators
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and prioritize appropriately.
