About the role
- Lead the process to craft and update strategy at Enterprise level in partnership with the business and support unit leaders
- Facilitate and lead the enterprise strategic planning process, ensuring that all business segments and functional areas complete their strategic plans on schedule
- Collaborate with Risk teams to ensure the strategic planning process includes credible challenge and adheres to regulatory requirements
- Analyze market trends and competitive intelligence to inform strategic planning and decision-making processes
- Support the formulation of business goals, objectives, and key results (OKRs) to evaluate progress and drive accountability across the organization
- Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization to promote transparency and alignment throughout the strategic planning process
- Prepare and present strategic planning reports to senior management, highlighting key insights, progress, and areas of improvement
- Support interactions with various Regulators on continuous monitoring, exam execution, and timely feedback follow up.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum 7 years of experience in strategic planning, strategy consulting, or related roles within the financial services industry
- Strong project management skills with proven experience managing complex strategic planning processes with a strong understanding of risk management frameworks
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data and market insights into actionable strategies
- Demonstrated ability to work with ambiguity and apply critical thinking skills to complex problems
- Proficient in financial modeling and analysis, with a solid understanding of financial metrics and business performance indicators
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and prioritize appropriately.
