About the role
- Play a pivotal role in driving growth and success of Renewable Energy Finance (REF) team
- Provide technical and commercial insight in renewable energy debt and tax equity financing opportunities
- Monitor the operations of the REF’s portfolio of financed projects
- Conduct detailed technical assessments regarding project feasibility and risks
- Assist in negotiating financing agreements from a technical perspective
- Verify technical and economic assumptions and support sensitivity analyses
- Collaborate with clients and independent engineers for project planning and design considerations
- Monitor financed projects and maintain REF’s portfolio performance database
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or operational field
- 8+ years in renewable energy
- Proficiency in Pvsyst reports
- 4+ years in conventional power project construction and/or operation and maintenance reviews
- Experience in leading diligence and working with lenders on financing power projects
- Proficient in performance metrics.
