About the role
- Ownership and support of agency’s financial management solution platform Maconomy
- Creation and ongoing maintenance of clients, jobs, Sub-Jobs
- Ensuring accuracy of related documentation and adherence to audit requirement
- Time and out of pocket moves including job re-allocations
- Timesheet follow up with staff agency wide
- Timesheet training for all new employees that will be utilizing Maconomy
- Ensure accuracy of all client data including rates and client payment terms
- Work closely with client finance associate ensuring vendor purchase orders are up to date and approved timely
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree with a major in Accounting, Finance or Economics
- Excellent attention to detail
- Experience with or willingness to learn new technologies (Maconomy, Hyperion)
- Proficient in MS Word, Outlook, and Excel
- 2-4 years of experience
