About the role

  • Implement key Product Management initiatives for all Hunter Industries’ products within the golf irrigation category.
  • Collaborate with the Product Management Team to increase field adoption of Marketing activities and product sales.
  • Manage customer account data and directly communicate with end users to troubleshoot and resolve software support inquiries.
  • Support successful marketing plans and materials for product launches, events, and technical support.
  • Create and execute marketing materials including product guides, brochures, product cut sheets, collateral, web content, and presentation materials.
  • Work with Creative Development on campaigns, including promotional and new product campaigns.
  • Track progress of projects to ensure target market needs and deadlines are met.
  • Assist with price change implementation and Price List completion and production.
  • Provide product information for region-specific promotions and presentations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business or marketing or a combination of education and relevant work experience.
  • Minimum of two years of experience in marketing.
  • Golf industry experience strongly preferred.
  • Knowledge of marketing, forecasting, budgeting, and ROI analysis.
  • Technical irrigation knowledge as well as experience related to golf course maintenance is strongly preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Suite including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Project, and SharePoint applications.
  • Knowledge in marketing practices and technologies including Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Drop Box, Survey Monkey, Business Objects Explorer, and SugarCRM is preferred.
  • Knowledge in corporate communications practices and technologies including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, as well as html email and web design using Adobe Dreamweaver is preferred.
  • Knowledge of data driven product marketing using PIM and Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems such as Akeneo and Acquia/Widen DAM is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal skills: team‐oriented leadership, awareness, and flexibility are required.
  • Problem-solving skills: problem analysis, organizational planning, project management, decisiveness, and judgment are required.
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication.
