Requirements
- 5+ years’ experience in social media, digital marketing or content creation.
- Demonstrated success growing brand presence and engagement.
- Strong video editing capability (CapCut, Adobe Suite, Canva or similar).
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Strong understanding of LinkedIn strategy for B2B brands.
- Commercially aware — understands how content drives business outcomes.
- Highly organised, proactive and self-directed.
- Formal qualifications in Marketing or Communications welcomed but not essential.
- Experience creating content for B2B brands, technical industries, construction industries, or sustainability-focused organisations is highly regarded.
