About the role
- Conduct outbound cold calls to schools without existing service agreements
- Identify and engage the correct decision-makers responsible for recruitment
- Gather and verify accurate contact details to support future sales activity
- Update and maintain CRM records with clear, reliable information
- Build early rapport and lay the groundwork for new client relationships
- Support the expansion of market presence through consistent outbound outreach
- Respond confidently to general enquiries from schools when required
- Ensure all interactions reflect professionalism, credibility, and brand standards
Requirements
- Excellent, clear spoken English with a confident, professional phone manner
- Proven experience in B2B cold calling
- Able to engage decision-makers quickly and build rapport early in conversations
- Comfortable handling objections in a calm, professional way
- Confident, resilient, and a strong communicator
- Proactive, articulate, and well organised in day-to-day work
- Comfortable initiating conversations with senior stakeholders
- Maintains accurate and up-to-date internal records
