About the role
- Provide daily administrative support, including managing emails, documents, and task coordination.
- Assist with data entry, reporting, and general office organization.
- Support internal teams in keeping workflows smooth and efficient.
- Respond promptly to customer enquiries via email and social channels.
- Resolve order issues, shipping questions, and returns requiring additional attention.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and professional communication.
- Upload and manage products, pricing, images, and variants on Shopify.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and product collections.
- Assist in updating product information and ensuring a seamless shopping experience.
- Assist with reconciliations, invoicing, and other bookkeeping tasks using Xero or similar software.
- Support month-end financial reporting and liaise with accountants as needed.
- Track stock levels, forecast restocks, and plan inventory for multiple fulfilment locations.
- Coordinate with factories and logistics partners to ensure timely delivery.
- Monitor inventory movement and assist in supply planning to prevent stockouts.
Requirements
- Proven experience in e-commerce operations or a related field.
- Proficiency with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms
- Familiarity with Xero or other bookkeeping software
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills for internal coordination and customer interactions.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
