About the role
- Manage and maintain Shopify stores and service websites
- Upload and optimize products, images, descriptions, and keywords
- Create new pages (products, categories, services, projects)
- Basic SEO and ongoing site improvements
- Create blogs and project galleries to support SEO and campaigns
- Build promotional landing pages for seasonal campaigns
- Manage and optimize Facebook & Instagram ads
- Build new campaigns for ecommerce sales, lead generation, and location‑based services
- Develop and manage Google Ads & Google Shopping
- Conduct competitor and keyword research
- Create and manage social media calendars
- Schedule and publish posts (UGC provided where available)
- Repurpose website, product, and project content
- Use AI tools where needed to generate visuals
- Build and manage campaigns using Klaviyo, Houzz, and Podium
- Segment audiences (Retail, Trade, Builders, Designers)
- Build systems to collect customer reviews, testimonials, and user‑generated content
Requirements
- Strong experience in digital marketing and ecommerce
- Hands‑on with Shopify, paid ads, and email marketing
- Comfortable managing multiple brands at once
- Able to work independently and priorities effectively
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Must have experience with the following tools:
- - Shopify, Klaviyo, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads
- - Canva, CapCut, AI design tools
- - Later, Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Houzz
- - Google Drive, Excel, Calendly
- - (Nice to have: CIN7, Podium)
