About the role

  • Manage and maintain Shopify stores and service websites
  • Upload and optimize products, images, descriptions, and keywords
  • Create new pages (products, categories, services, projects)
  • Basic SEO and ongoing site improvements
  • Create blogs and project galleries to support SEO and campaigns
  • Build promotional landing pages for seasonal campaigns
  • Manage and optimize Facebook & Instagram ads
  • Build new campaigns for ecommerce sales, lead generation, and location‑based services
  • Develop and manage Google Ads & Google Shopping
  • Conduct competitor and keyword research
  • Create and manage social media calendars
  • Schedule and publish posts (UGC provided where available)
  • Repurpose website, product, and project content
  • Use AI tools where needed to generate visuals
  • Build and manage campaigns using Klaviyo, Houzz, and Podium
  • Segment audiences (Retail, Trade, Builders, Designers)
  • Build systems to collect customer reviews, testimonials, and user‑generated content

Requirements

  • Strong experience in digital marketing and ecommerce
  • Hands‑on with Shopify, paid ads, and email marketing
  • Comfortable managing multiple brands at once
  • Able to work independently and priorities effectively
  • Strong attention to detail and organization
  • Must have experience with the following tools:
  • - Shopify, Klaviyo, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads
  • - Canva, CapCut, AI design tools
  • - Later, Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Houzz
  • - Google Drive, Excel, Calendly
  • - (Nice to have: CIN7, Podium)
