About the role

  • Manage day-to-day operational and administrative tasks to ensure smooth business operations.
  • Handle inbox management, client enquiries, scheduling, and general correspondence.
  • Maintain and organise documents, records, and internal systems.
  • Assist with project coordination and track progress on key initiatives and workflows.
  • Maintain accurate records and basic operational reports.

Requirements

  • Proactive, reliable and self-motivated, able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment with shifting priorities.
  • Proficient with Outlook, Google Workspace, Salesforce.
