About the role
- Manage day-to-day operational and administrative tasks to ensure smooth business operations.
- Handle inbox management, client enquiries, scheduling, and general correspondence.
- Maintain and organise documents, records, and internal systems.
- Assist with project coordination and track progress on key initiatives and workflows.
- Maintain accurate records and basic operational reports.

Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in an administrative, operational, or coordinator role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proactive, reliable and self-motivated, able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment with shifting priorities.
- Proficient with Outlook, Google Workspace, Salesforce.
