About the role

  • Support sourcing and talent attraction efforts for high-volume field roles
  • Partner with Field Recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring needs
  • Proactively source passive and active candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, and talent platforms
  • Maintain and organize talent pipelines within the ATS and CRM systems
  • Provide timely, professional, and clear communication to candidates throughout the recruiting process
  • Ensure candidates feel informed, respected, and supported at every stage
  • Maintain accurate candidate and requisition data in the ATS
  • Follow established sourcing workflows and best practices
  • Support hiring events, job fairs, and outreach initiatives as needed
  • Take ownership of assigned sourcing tasks and priorities
  • Actively seek feedback and coaching to develop recruiting skills and business knowledge

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required (HR, Business, or related field)
  • 0–2 years of experience in recruiting, HR, or a related field (internships or coordinator experience welcome)
  • Familiarity with recruitment marketing tools, sourcing platforms, and/or onboarding systems is a plus
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Familiarity with ATS or HR systems is a plus
