About the role
- Support sourcing and talent attraction efforts for high-volume field roles
- Partner with Field Recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring needs
- Proactively source passive and active candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, and talent platforms
- Maintain and organize talent pipelines within the ATS and CRM systems
- Provide timely, professional, and clear communication to candidates throughout the recruiting process
- Ensure candidates feel informed, respected, and supported at every stage
- Maintain accurate candidate and requisition data in the ATS
- Follow established sourcing workflows and best practices
- Support hiring events, job fairs, and outreach initiatives as needed
- Take ownership of assigned sourcing tasks and priorities
- Actively seek feedback and coaching to develop recruiting skills and business knowledge
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required (HR, Business, or related field)
- 0–2 years of experience in recruiting, HR, or a related field (internships or coordinator experience welcome)
- Familiarity with recruitment marketing tools, sourcing platforms, and/or onboarding systems is a plus
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Familiarity with ATS or HR systems is a plus
