About the role
- Develop and execute consultative commercial strategies to drive sales of Humgroup solutions (Humtech, Humtalent and Humconsult), aligned with ICPs and revenue targets (R&S and MRR).
- Work across the full outbound and inbound sales funnel, responsible for strategic mapping, active prospecting, qualification and consultative outreach; conduct diagnostic meetings with decision-makers (C-Levels, HR leaders and technology leaders) to identify pain points, growth bottlenecks and opportunities; lead strategic negotiations with a focus on closing, profitability and building long-term relationships.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing to strengthen demand generation, run targeted vertical campaigns and reinforce strategic market positioning.
- Monitor commercial KPIs (pipeline, conversion rate, average deal size, sales cycle and forecast), ensuring predictability and achievement of monthly targets.
- Track trends in technology, HR and startups, anticipate opportunities and contribute to continuous improvements in offerings and commercial approach.
- Ensure excellence in customer experience throughout the commercial cycle, aligning expectations, proposals and operational delivery.
- Report results, learnings and commercial risks in a structured manner to leadership, contributing to the company’s strategic decisions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (Business Administration, Sales Management, Marketing, HR or related fields).
- Previous experience in consultative/B2B services sales, preferably in HR, technology, consulting or corporate solutions.
- Proven ability to manage the full sales funnel, from prospecting to closing.
- Experience with CRM systems and commercial tools.
- Ability to conduct diagnostic meetings and perform needs assessments with decision-makers (C-Levels, Heads, Managers).
- Proactive, results-driven, target-oriented, and effective communicator.
