About the role
- Business development
- Identify, prospect, and win new customers (wine industry, breweries)
- Develop and grow a client portfolio in the Western France region
- Create and drive a structured sales action plan
- Maintain a regular field presence (customer visits, trade shows, professional events)
- Sale of complex solutions
- Understand customers' technical and economic challenges
- Prepare tailored proposals (consultative approach)
- Manage long sales cycles with multiple stakeholders
- Negotiate and close contracts
- Retain customers and grow existing revenue
- Ensure rigorous follow-up of projects and opportunities
- Act as the interface between customers and internal teams (technical, production)
- Track sales performance and KPIs
- Report market intelligence and contribute to commercial strategy
- Contribute to continuous improvement of offerings and tools
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years' experience in B2B sales
- Significant experience selling complex solutions (ideally technical or industrial)
- Knowledge of the wine or brewing sectors is a plus
- Strong prospecting skills and business development capability
- Proven ability to manage long sales cycles
- Excellent negotiation and persuasive skills
- Ability to understand technical environments
- Autonomy and strong organizational skills
- Rigour in sales follow-up
- Team spirit and cross-functional collaboration
- Proactivity, persistence, and results-oriented
- Good interpersonal skills and customer service orientation
