About the role

  • Business development
  • Identify, prospect, and win new customers (wine industry, breweries)
  • Develop and grow a client portfolio in the Western France region
  • Create and drive a structured sales action plan
  • Maintain a regular field presence (customer visits, trade shows, professional events)
  • Sale of complex solutions
  • Understand customers' technical and economic challenges
  • Prepare tailored proposals (consultative approach)
  • Manage long sales cycles with multiple stakeholders
  • Negotiate and close contracts
  • Retain customers and grow existing revenue
  • Ensure rigorous follow-up of projects and opportunities
  • Act as the interface between customers and internal teams (technical, production)
  • Track sales performance and KPIs
  • Report market intelligence and contribute to commercial strategy
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of offerings and tools

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in B2B sales
  • Significant experience selling complex solutions (ideally technical or industrial)
  • Knowledge of the wine or brewing sectors is a plus
  • Strong prospecting skills and business development capability
  • Proven ability to manage long sales cycles
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasive skills
  • Ability to understand technical environments
  • Autonomy and strong organizational skills
  • Rigour in sales follow-up
  • Team spirit and cross-functional collaboration
  • Proactivity, persistence, and results-oriented
  • Good interpersonal skills and customer service orientation
