Design, develop, and maintain Python-based backend systems that support AI-enabled and data-driven applications.
Collaborate with data scientists and ML engineers to integrate machine learning models into production systems.
Contribute to data preprocessing, feature engineering, and inference pipelines supporting AI workflows.
Build and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services powering fintech products.
Participate in multi-tenant service development, ensuring secure and reliable data handling.
Ensure code quality through unit, integration, and regression testing, code reviews, and adherence to best practices.
Support team growth by sharing knowledge and mentoring less experienced developers.
Monitor and improve system performance, scalability, and maintainability, supporting the evolution of AI-enabled features.

Requirements

4–6 years of Python back end development experience, ideally in AI-enabled applications.
Familiarity with AI/ML libraries and frameworks such as Scikit-learn, HuggingFace Transformers, or similar, plus NumPy, Pandas, and Pydantic.
Experience developing RESTful APIs and backend services (e.g., FastAPI or similar).
Exposure to cloud environments, containerization, and CI/CD workflows (AWS, Azure, Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
Basic understanding of machine learning concepts, model inference, and feature pipelines.
Strong skills in writing clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with excellent collaboration skills.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
Experience in Fintech or Financial Services is advantageous.
