About the role

  • build and lead a new centralized performance management function within Humana MarketPoint
  • develop a consistent approach for measuring MarketPoint performance
  • align metrics across all channels
  • ensure clear visibility from enterprise results down to frontline activity
  • design the performance reporting framework used by leadership
  • oversee a small team of Channel Performance Leads
  • partner closely with MarketPoint VPs, Data & Analytics, Finance, and Operations to drive accountability, insights, and data-driven decision-making
  • present regularly to the SVP and executive leadership on performance trends, risks, and opportunities
  • lead the design and delivery of Business Unit Reviews, Monthly Progress Meetings, and compensation performance reporting
  • drive a culture of accountability, transparency, and consistent performance management across MarketPoint

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Finance, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in performance management, strategy, and/or operations
  • 3+ years experience in financial analytics
  • 3+ years of leadership experience, including managing teams or leading cross-functional initiatives
  • Demonstrated ability to present insights and recommendations to executive-level leaders
  • Expertise in performance reporting, KPI development, forecasting, and diagnostic analytics
  • Strong communication and executive storytelling skills, with the ability to turn data into clear narratives
  • Experience working in complex, matrixed organizations
  • Proficiency with data visualization tools (Power BI, Excel, etc.)
