About the role
- Own and evolve the enterprise solution architecture across CenterWell segments, defining reference architectures, integration patterns, and architectural guardrails that ensure scalability, resiliency, security, and regulatory compliance across cloud, data, and application platforms.
- Lead and remain hands-on with senior architects and engineers, driving architectural decisions through proof-of-concept development, code reviews, and technical deep dives—balancing strategic direction with practical, executable design.
- Define and execute a modern technology strategy spanning cloud-native platforms, APIs, data architecture, and engineering practices that directly enable business growth, operational efficiency, and faster time-to-market.
- Establish and scale developer experience (DevEx) and engineering enablement, including CI/CD pipelines, platform tooling, coding standards, reusable services, and DevSecOps practices to improve developer productivity, quality, and consistency across segments.
- Lead automation and optimization initiatives, leveraging AI/ML, agentic workflows, RPA, and low-code/no-code platforms to reduce manual effort, streamline operations, and measurably improve business outcomes.
- Partner closely with business, product, and segment CIO leaders to identify high-impact opportunities for technology-driven transformation, translating complex business problems into scalable technical solutions.
- Build, mentor, and lead high-performing, cross-functional teams of architects, platform engineers, and automation specialists, fostering a culture of technical excellence, continuous improvement, and learning.
- Drive cross-segment alignment and reuse, ensuring consistent architectural patterns, shared platforms, and common engineering practices that reduce fragmentation and accelerate delivery across CenterWell.
