Solve complex business problems using data from internal and external sources to provide insights to decision-makers
Develop and maintain sales and retention reporting systems using BI tools like Power BI, SQL, Excel
Collaborate with stakeholders on requirements for sales and retention analytics
Design and implement data models, ETL processes, and data pipelines
Create interactive dashboards and reports presenting insights and key performance indicators
Perform ad-hoc analysis to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in performance

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of technical experience in data analysis utilizing SQL, SAS or other data systems
Minimum 2 years of experience in building Power BI, Power Query, and DAX solutions
Minimum 1 year of experience in building self-service solutions using Paginated Power BI or SSRS
Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications including Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint
Expertise in assessing complex data sets and performing root cause analysis
Possesses a strong understanding of relational database systems, SQL languages and data structures
Experience working with big and complex data sets within large organizations
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
