About the role
- Lead strategic transformation initiatives that drive performance, efficiency, and alignment with enterprise goals
- Provide vision, direction, and leadership for large-scale transformation efforts
- Serve as a key advisor to senior leadership on enterprise improvement opportunities
- Oversee the design and execution of transformation strategies
- Lead cross-functional teams in identifying opportunities, defining objectives, and implementing initiatives
- Develop transformation frameworks, governance models, and performance metrics
- Partner with executives and senior leaders to ensure initiatives are aligned with enterprise strategy and long-term goals
- Provide expert consultation on transformation methodologies, organizational design, and change management practices
- Oversee resource planning, budget development, and implementation of best practices
- Lead development of communications, reporting, and executive updates
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree
- Proficiency in business consulting and/or operational leadership experience
- Strong business and financial acumen
- Experience in multiple corporate sourcing categories
- Comprehensive knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Project and Visio
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to quickly build rapport at all levels within the organization
- Ability to interact with and defend position with senior management
- Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences.
