Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
7+ years of experience in platform engineering, infrastructure development, or distributed systems architecture
Demonstrated ability to lead complex technical initiatives spanning multiple engineering teams
Deep technical expertise in cloud-native architecture principles
Strong background in scalable system design including distributed data management and performance engineering techniques
