Engage with executive leadership to frame and address complex challenges, leveraging advanced analytics, market intelligence, and financial modeling to inform strategic decision-making.
Lead strategic integration efforts, ensuring cohesive alignment of growth initiatives across multiple business units and corporate functions.
Develop and deliver executive-level presentations, reports, and recommendations that articulate strategic priorities, operating context, and actionable insights for senior stakeholders.
Establish and own infrastructure and processes to monitor progress against enterprise strategic objectives, proactively identifying risks and implementing mitigation plans.
Champion talent development and mentorship, cultivating a high-performing, diverse team and supporting professional growth for junior staff.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree with outstanding academic credentials
At least 8 years of experience in strategy consulting, investment banking, corporate strategy, business unit strategy, or finance, with a proven track record of executive leadership and strategic impact.
Demonstrated expertise in program and portfolio management of complex, multi-disciplinary strategic initiatives.
Superior analytical and problem-solving skills, with advanced capability in quantitative and qualitative analysis.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with demonstrated experience presenting to executive and board-level audiences.
Ability to build trust and credibility with senior business leaders and influence decision-making across the enterprise.
Highly collaborative, adaptable, and able to lead through ambiguity in a dynamic environment.
Experience in mentoring, developing, and managing high-performing teams.
Strong commitment to personal, professional, and organizational growth.
MBA, MPH, PhD, or graduate degree in a management field (Preferred)
Managed care or healthcare services work experience (Preferred)
