About the role

  • Serve as the primary administrator for Sales Enablement Library materials within HighSpot
  • Establish and maintain content governance standards
  • Ensure platform configuration supports business needs
  • Manage key relationships with business partners to align platform execution to business outcomes
  • Act as the central point of coordination between stakeholders to prioritize requests
  • Train and coach content owners on platform capabilities and best practices
  • Partner with content strategists and creative vendors to plan promotion and placement of content on HighSpot
  • Collaborate with the MarketPoint training team to ensure consistent branding and shared architecture principles

Requirements

  • 3+ years experience administering or managing a sales enablement, learning, or content platform (e.g., Highspot, SharePoint, LMS, intranet, DAM)
  • Bachelor's degree (marketing, computer science, related field)
  • Strong understanding of information architecture (taxonomy, tagging, navigation, metadata strategy)
  • Proven ability to train and influence content contributors and business partners through coaching and enablement
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to translate business needs into platform solutions
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, especially in content governance and consistency
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with training teams, marketing/content strategists, and creative partners/vendors
