Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3 or more years of technical experience using Excel or SPM to calculate incentives
  • 1 or more years of clinical incentive design experience
  • Demonstrates outstanding executive-level presentation skills
  • Demonstrates exceptional attention to detail
