- Designs and implements short-term incentive compensation programs
- Owns all incentive design for the Primary Care Organization
- Responsible for incentive plan education and roll-out
- Advises executives on developing functional strategies
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 3 or more years of technical experience using Excel or SPM to calculate incentives
- 1 or more years of clinical incentive design experience
- Demonstrates outstanding executive-level presentation skills
- Demonstrates exceptional attention to detail
