Act as the Principal liaison accountable for delivery of key work
Ensure we prioritize and deliver overall aligned backlog
Interface with CenterWell IT leadership and tech leaders in Infrastructure and Operations daily
Conceive, develop, deliver, and manage products for use across Humana
Oversee and manage all phases of the product lifecycle, from design conception to delivery
Provide strategic advice and guidance to functional team(s)
Work with engineering to create new design patterns as needed to support CWHM
Drive forward resolutions requiring SteerCo escalation
Work with relevant Humana stakeholders to create, prioritize, and manage product iteration backlogs
Ensure final products meet IT and Humana standards

Requirements

Bachelor's degree OR equivalent experience (i.e. 5+ years of experience in supporting infrastructure and partnering with Segment/Business in delivering tech solutions)
10+ years of technical experience
2-5 years of project/people leadership experience
Prior Product Management experience
Strong negotiation skills
Strong experience with and knowledge of Agile methodologies and practices
Experience with Azure DevOps (ADO) and/or Jira
