About the role

  • Translate business needs into technical systems solutions and architectural roadmaps
  • Work on problems of diverse scope and complexity ranging from moderate to substantial
  • Integrate hardware, software and network interfaces to form a system
  • Recommend products that will evolve the organization's technical infrastructure
  • Provide leadership in developing the organization's technical and architectural staff
  • Advise executives to develop functional strategies (often segment specific) on matters of significance
  • Exercise independent judgment and decision making on complex issues regarding job duties and related tasks, and work under minimal supervision
  • Use independent judgment requiring analysis of variable factors and determining the best course of action

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
  • 10+ years in IT architecture roles; 3+ years in enterprise architecture leadership
  • Proven experience in: AI Architecture (Generative AI, Agentic AI, ML pipelines, AI governance)
  • Integration Architecture (APIs, event-driven systems)
  • Data Architecture and Analytics Platforms
  • Hands-on experience with: AI/ML model deployment and lifecycle management
  • AI platform design and integration
  • Strong understanding of enterprise and AI governance (ARB/TRB, AI risk frameworks)
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
  • Passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences through scalable, sustainable, and well-governed technology solutions.
