About the role
- Collaborate with enterprise leaders and key stakeholders to lead a high-performing team in crafting learning experiences
- Design and implement standardized processes, templates, and learning materials to support clinical enablement across Medicaid markets
- Measure and track the effectiveness of learning programs
- Collect and analyze feedback from surveys, focus groups, and business data to inform recommendations for continuous improvement of program content and delivery
- Remain informed of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously enhance learning and development offerings
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Four (4) or more years of learning design, program design and/or clinical operations experience
- Two (2) or more years of formal or informal leadership experience
- Proficiency in Articulate 360 Suite
