Content Marketing Manager

• Define product requirements for B2B content hosting platforms, including learning modules, resource libraries, and interactive tools
• Manage and evolve platforms such as AMH, AAU, and future tools that support marketing material distribution to external partners
• Ensure integration of existing Martech platforms (DAM, CRM, CMS) and new modernized platforms to deliver appropriate content tailored for B2B audiences
• Monitor platform usage and engagement metrics to inform enhancements and optimization
• Act as embedded support in agile pods, advising on content feasibility, hosting workflows, and platform capabilities
• Partner with internal stakeholders to identify content needs and delivery formats for brokers, agents, and partners
• Collaborate with creative, brand, and compliance teams to ensure hosted content meets accessibility and regulatory standards
• Ensure hosted content aligns with enterprise governance frameworks and supports personalized, modular content strategies
