About the role
- Build and maintain golf course profiles, including collecting images and facility details
- Configure booking rates and system parameters with accuracy
- Conduct quality assurance on profiles and rates, identifying and resolving issues
- Document processes, solutions, and insights into a shared knowledge base
- Research potential clients to support the sales team with lead generation
- Assist senior leadership, including the CEO, VP of Operations, Head of Sales, and Head of Finance
Requirements
- Relevant completed qualification
- Previous experience in operations, content management, or customer-facing roles preferred
- Extremely detail-oriented, meticulous, and thorough in your work
- Quick to spot errors and ensure nearly perfect output
- Highly organised, proactive, and solution-focused
- Possess a strong eye for design and image content
- Self-motivated and thrives in a remote work environment with a positive “can-do” attitude
- Works well with a diverse team and is dependable, structured, and startup-driven
- Enthusiastic with excellent written English skills.
