About the role
- lead a team of talented DevOps engineers

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in science, engineering, or an equivalent technical field
- 8-10+ years in DevOps, SRE, or Cloud Engineering with 3+ years leadership experience
- 3+ years’ experience leading engineers implementing CI/CD pipelines using tools like Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitLab CI, or CircleCI to automate application deployment
- 2+ years’ experience managing all non-engineering functions like recruiting, financial budgets, career development, and more for a large growing engineering team
- Extensive people leader skills with dedication to grow talent and skills across the organization
- Prior experience fostering a culture of collaboration between development and operations teams to promote transparency, shared responsibility, and streamlined processes, resulting in faster change lead times
