About the role
- Lead DevOps Engineer will improve overall DevOps maturity
- Collaborate with Enterprise DevOps and Engineering teams to mature DevOps platform and improve security posture
- Advise executives to develop functional strategies
- Exercise independent judgment on complex issues and work under minimal supervision
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in science, engineering, or an equivalent technical field
- 5+ years’ experience implementing CI/CD pipelines using tools like Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitLab CI, or CircleCI
- 3+ years’ experience implementing automation throughout the software delivery pipeline
- Proficiency using version control systems (Git, Github etc.) and branching strategies (e.g., GitFlow)
- Proficiency in scripting languages like Python, Shell scripting, or Ruby
- Understanding programming languages such as Java, dot Net, JavaScript, or Go
- Prior experience fostering a culture of collaboration between development and operations teams
