About the role
- Act as a trusted strategic advisor and partner to business leaders performance management, organizational design, employee engagement, leadership development and change management to drive business results.
- Coach leaders and partner with them to build engaged, high-performing teams.
- Deliver effective and timely HR solutions, annual processes, programs, and policies to assigned business functions.
- Utilize data and analysis of people metrics to drive data-driven insights around attrition, growth and retention.
- Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to ensure the business has the necessary talent to meet current and future needs.
- Support the People Team as a shared services resource, responding to employee questions and requests timely.
- Act as a culture champion, keeping the Human Interest Way at the heart of our people programs.
- Ensure compliance with all federal and state employment laws and regulations.
Requirements
- 5+ years of HR Generalist/People Business Partner experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, including wage and hour
- Demonstrated ability to translate key business objectives and needs to support leadership and effectively drive people programs
- Ability to operate through ambiguity and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment
- Deep experience in handling complex employee issues
- Experience partnering directly with COEs on program development and delivery strategies
- Experience navigating various HR systems; experience with Jira, Paycor, Greenhouse, ChartHop, GoogleSuite a plus
- Strong communication and influencing skills
- Can be located in CST, MST, or PST
