About the role
- Lead research initiatives for 1–3 largest customer accounts, delivering specialized insight reports
- Identify customer concerns and improve product
- Present complex analysis clearly to non-technical audiences
- Collaborate with Customer Success Engineering for new features
- Spot detection leads and drive faster mitigation
- Develop defenses for novel threats through analyses and models
- Build complex queries and reports for data analysis
- Improve techniques to reduce time-to-detection
Requirements
- Good sense of ownership to improve processes
- Ability to present complex data engagingly
- Experience with strategic clients
- Innovative problem-solving skills
- Collaborative and open communication
- Proficiency in SQL
- Python experience or exposure (e.g. Jupyter notebooks) preferred
- AdTech experience or knowledge preferred
- Experience with multi TB to PB data sets in cloud databases preferred
