  • Lead research initiatives for 1–3 largest customer accounts, delivering specialized insight reports
  • Identify customer concerns and improve product
  • Present complex analysis clearly to non-technical audiences
  • Collaborate with Customer Success Engineering for new features
  • Spot detection leads and drive faster mitigation
  • Develop defenses for novel threats through analyses and models
  • Build complex queries and reports for data analysis
  • Improve techniques to reduce time-to-detection

Requirements

  • Good sense of ownership to improve processes
  • Ability to present complex data engagingly
  • Experience with strategic clients
  • Innovative problem-solving skills
  • Collaborative and open communication
  • Proficiency in SQL
  • Python experience or exposure (e.g. Jupyter notebooks) preferred
  • AdTech experience or knowledge preferred
  • Experience with multi TB to PB data sets in cloud databases preferred
