Guide the team in transitioning to Infrastructure as a Service from traditional cloud ops techniques
Accelerate Product development for Engineering and Research teams by simplifying and reducing friction points in the software development lifecycle
Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness and impact of the Media infrastructure and supporting FraudSensor and Mediaguard
Hire and develop technical talent

Requirements

Have experience with large-scale data platforms
Experience managing strict low-latency requirements and SLAs
Hands-on experience working with Kubernetes on-prem or with cloud-hosted solutions
Deep technical expertise that allows you to contribute, as well as review the work of others
Successfully built a team, defined its mission, and executed on its goals
Good at giving and receiving feedback and providing coaching to the team
Understand multiple Agile processes and apply them appropriately to help the team
Have experience with bleeding-edge data platform capabilities
You understand that DevOps is a culture and way of thinking
You are a servant leader
You reason from first principles and evaluate options rigorously
