About the role
- Commissioning, network setup, troubleshooting and fault resolution at customer sites
- Performing repairs and maintenance
- Logging all service-related data in the Service Management System
- Responsible for evaluating warranty and guarantee cases
- Supporting sales by proactively marketing technical services
- Developing customer-specific workflows and problem solutions
Requirements
- Completed training as an Information Electronics Technician, IT Systems Electronics Technician (m/f/d) or a comparable technical qualification
- Initial professional experience in technical customer service
- Experience working with networks and communication technologies
- Good knowledge of operating systems and applications as well as MS Office
- Valid driving licence (Class B) is mandatory
- Strong customer orientation combined with the ability to communicate appropriately with different audiences
